Established clients, Sand Island Developments Limited, instructed DCA to provide a full commission service in respect of this site whereby we advised on the identification and purchase of the site initially which already had the benefit of detailed planning conent.

This small garden site is located at the junction of two roads in an established area of Writtle.

We then prepared the detailed design and working drawings together with Building Regulations approval. Our brief included the preparation of contract documents including a detailed specification for tender purposes.  The project was tendered competitively and DC Property Maintenance was the successful contractor.

The property has the benefit of a Zurich 10 year Warranty and was sold to a private purchaser.

The project was funded by NatWest plc.
