David Cunningham Associates is about the provision of a comprehensive range of building surveying, building engineering and architectural based services throughout East Anglia, the UK and Europe.

Through listening closely to our clients in both the private and public sectors we have built a portfolio of projects that demonstrate how our expert services provide value for money and commercial success for our clients.

We are able to provide advice from inception to completion for all building projects or alternatively a partial service to suit the particular needs of a client. Our aim is to provide a friendly and efficient professional service giving best advice, always having the individual needs of the client uppermost in our minds.

We are located in the City of Chelmsford, Essex giving good access to the A12, A13, M11, M25, London and the national road network.
