Hainult Works - Romford

A development of 12 no. new speculative B1, B2 & B8 industrial units for Andrew Mitchell Group PLC.  The appointment basis was a full commission architectural and project management service.

The existing site required complete modernisation and the provision of a new service supply infrastructure. The layout was rationalised and economised to provide new units of small to medium size with parking and servicing by large goods vehicles.

The works included extensive ground contamination remediation and for the units to be constructed in three phases to enable existing units to remain in occupation.
